The “Small Olympic Village” development project was successfully sold to an institutional investor while it was still in the project stage.

On the site of the Olympic Village in Berlin from 1936, we started a unique project development that focused on the construction of 180 residential units. On the one hand, it was important to be careful with the historical background, because the site is a piece of contemporary history and part of one of the darkest chapters of Germany and, on the other hand, to take into the consideration the environmental aspect. Modular residential units that are inclusive, elegant and functional are to be built on the area of almost 17,700 m². The team is composed of the architects Studioninedots in Amsterdam and Nebel, Pössel in Cologne who designed a project that is particularly attractive for young families who like to live in the countryside but still want to be connected to the capital with its infrastructure.

SEMODU was advised on the transaction by the lawyers Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek.
